Weekend Plans & Ramblings

I've been having writer's block this week. For one, I've been trying to upload a few of these pictures for the past several days and blogger hasn't been successful, or maybe I haven't been patient? They're a few more from our Tulsa trip, and let me tell you, it's depressing being back in Indiana weather after enjoying a week of 70s in Tulsa. I posted earlier this week that I'd be starting to prep my cloth diaper stash this weekend, but to be honest, I'm still a bit intimidated by it. I'm going to wait, because I want a wekened where all I have to do is dedicate my time to figuring out how to wash them so it can be done correctly.
Gretchen woke up Friday morning around 4 am telling me that her nose didn't work. She just had a stopped up nose and couldn't breathe well. As soon as I suctioned it out, she exclaimed, 'you fixed it!' I picked her up yesterday afternoon, and maybe it was because she had just waken up from her nap, but she was not in a good mood. I had a feeling that we would be having a lazy weekend since she wasn't feeling well, but thankfully, as the evening went on, she had more energy, and this morning she is feeling better.
Later today we're going to head to Target. My work generously offered to throw me a baby shower on the 14th of this month, and even though I feel like I don't 'need' anything, I know there are things that we have yet to purchase, so this will hopefully make me feel more prepared. I'm telling you, i'm way behind compared to where we were with Gretchen at this point. I remember seeing her crib in our room every day, and now, I see it in the garage when I come home from work. It's not quite the same thing.
My pregnancy brain has also gotten the best of me. This week I was playing math bingo with a group of 4th graders. One of them asked what the prize would be for winning. I had the word in my head that I wanted to say, at least I thought I did, but it came out, "You get the satisfication of winning." Yes, I said satisfication rather than satisfaction.
Did anyone have an April's Fools trick played on them yesterday? I had a note on my desk that a 'little something' was missing from my room, and to find it I had to follow the clues. Granted, all of the teachers had it on their desk, and I adamantly stated that I was not falling for it. But, my co-worker convinced me that it would be fun, so off we went on the scavenger hunt. Of course, nothing was missing, and instead we were awarded with a sticker that said "I got fooled"

I'm praying for a productive weekend and some energy, but at this point I could do absolutely nothing and probably be perfectly happy.
