Class Party Day!

Last Friday was a super-exciting day in our house! For me, it was because it was the last day of school before the holiday break, but for the girls it was because they had their holiday parties!
DJ dropped Adalyn off at daycare, and I had to bribe her for a picture before she left the house! Her party was in the morning, so I wasn't able to attend, but I'm sure she had fun! Plus, she was all decked out in her "I <3 a="" santa="" shirt="">
Gretchen and I both had pajama day, which I might say- every day needs to be a pajama day for teachers. And, isn't she presh in her Christmas pjs!
Meggie was ready for her party. She kept asking me if I would be there, and apparently asked her teacher's several times throughout the day.
Since I don't have speech kids on Friday afternoons, I was able to sneak over for a bit. Megan's class started off their partying by making gingerbread houses.
I cannot believe this girl will be in Kindergarten next year!
After she made her gingerbread house, she chowed down on a snowman doughnut and cookies. She had grapes on her plate, but i'm pretty sure they did not get eaten!
Her teacher's gave everyone in their class a copy of Chicka Chicka Boom Boom!
She seriously has the best preschool teachers!

After Megan's party, I headed back to school and down the hall for Gretchen's party.
There's nothing better than a class party in your pj's!
She made the cutest little hot cocoa cupcake.
Yum!
And then she worked on a letter to Santa and a Christmas word search.
After the word search, she snacked on little Grinch kabobs.
Snowman popcorn.
And Reindeer water.
She finished off her party by painting a frame.

As soon as school was over, we high-tailed it to pick up Adalyn, and then we headed to football for our bowl meeting. We topped it off with a night out at McAlisters before heading home and straight to bed!

It was a pretty terrific Friday!
