About a month ago, I realized I was in a constant state of exhaustion. It was really draining on my productivity at work and at home. I would come home at the end of the day exhausted, and while I planned to do "all the things." I would instead, sit on the sofa with the girls wasting a lot of time in my day.
In August, I decided it was time to make some changes, because I couldn't live that way anymore. I knew there were things I could do to help improve my energy levels, because I had used them all in the past, and had just gotten away from doing them consistently.
1. Get in a work out.
I try really hard to move my body 30 minutes a day, and at the very least, get my move ring closed on my apple watch. I use the Aaptiv app for weight training or yoga workouts, and then I'll listen to podcasts if I go on a walk instead. Aaptiv does have walking/running programs, as well as pilates, eliptical, cycling, barre, and more! You can click here to try a 7 day free trial, and earn a $10.00 gift card to Amazon if you purchase the membership option.
2. Super B
I didn't realize how much I needed this supplement until I went without it for several weeks. Once it came back in stock, I ordered it and started taking it consistently, and I have huge bursts of energy throughout the day. The first day I took it again, I was up fairly late, because I still had energy! It's a supplement that I've loved for years, and I always recommend that tired mommas, take a high quality B vitamin.
3. Drink a Zyng and Ningxia Red
Several years ago, I gave up drinking cokes, and I have never drank coffee or tea. I am not a huge fan of needing caffeine to survive a day, and it's not something I want to get in the habit of using. Not that I have a problem with caffeine, it just typically means there's a lot of sugar that goes a long with it. So, I gave it up.
About two years ago, I had a zyng, and it was a wonderful splash of energy that didn't leave me crashing hours later, and the ingredients are clean. This is 100% different from any energy drink on the market today, and it's 100% clean. It's sparking water, flavored with wolfberry, lime, and black pepper essential oil. I love adding Ningxia Red in with my Zyng because it's a perfect pick me up.
This drink isn't something I rely on often. I will have maybe 1 each week, or I will drink one if I know that I'm going to need extra energy for that day's activity. But, it's a perfect little pick me up when I'm feeling really tired.
4. Take Care of Your Thyroid
If you have a hypo-active thyroid, you will be fatigued. I use this supplement to keep my thyroid in shape, and giving me appropriate hormone levels and in turn, energy levels. I roll this oil right over my thyroid and it gives me a boost to my energy level and relieves me from the fatigue and tiredness. I'm always rejuvenated and fresh after I use it.
5. Diffuse oils
Oils are another great way to give yourself a boost in energy. In fact, there's an oil blend from Young Living called En-R-Gee! When I worked in the public schools, this was an oil I would keep on my desk, and apply topically each morning. Now, I don't love the smell of it, but when you combine it with Peppermint it really does give you an extra boost and determination to get things done! I love diffusing it around the house when I have a mile long to-do list!
I've put together a bundle for y'all in case you need a boost in your energy level too! Just click here, and follow the steps through until the end! The bundle price will show up as $147, but go ahead and click "continue", because you'll receive a 24% discount on that price and save over $35.00!
I can't wait to hear your success stories when you use these products and have extra energy too!
