A Small Costco Haul

Friday, I stopped by Costco to pick up their Ice Cream Sundae Party in a box, and it turned in to a mini haul. I thought I'd share a bit of what I grabbed!
My cart wasn't full, but I was able to stock up on a few things to tie us over until my next big trip.
I find this BBQ sauce, and thought we'd give it a try. I've been looking for a cleaner ingredient BBQ sauce, so fingers cross that DJ loves it!
We are hosting his students and staff over in a few weeks, and I thought it woudl be so fun to make s'mores for desserts. This box gives us enough to make 18 s'mores, and I'll pick up some extra fun things like peanut butter cups to add to our s'mores board!
Gretchen loves Chinese food but a lot of it isn't gluten free. When I saw this box, of gluten free pho, I picked it up for her to have for lunch.
I love Orgain Protein Powder. This container is huge; I only use 1 scoop versus the recommended two, and it has fairly clean ingredients, and the price point is around $30.00.
I picked up Orange Juice.
and this roasted vegetable mix. I recently found this mix a few weeks ago and I'm obsessed. I've mixed it in a sheet pan dish, served it alone, mixed it with fried rice, and I'm planning to use it in a pasta dish!
I am looking for some more affordable chicken options, versus their pack of 3 that we tend to buy- it usually runs about 20.00, but each bag only has 2 pieces of chicken in it, which is definitely not enough for our family of 5. I'm hoping we like these individually packaged pieces, that I can just pull out enough for each of us when we have chicken.
I love these baby carrots.
And I grabbed gluten free chicken nuggets for the girls.

A few other things I picked up:
Hamburger Buns
Strawberries
Ice Cream Sundae Box
Mini Frozen Pizza
Hamburger Meat
Egg'whiches
