Top 4!

Happy Wednesday! Raise your hand if your kids are still coming down from a sugar coma?! I hope you all had a fantastic Valentine's day with your loved ones! 

Today, I'm sharing my top 4 must-haves for right now. I was going to do 3, but I honestly, couldn't narrow it down, so while 4 is totally random, here goes...
Bark Thins.... Have y'all had these? Um, if not, head to Target right now, and pick you up a package. And, be prepared to not share! For some reason, I trick myself in to thinking that these are healthy, and sometimes I eat the whole bag. I love, Bark Thins. They're my favorite snack. A little chocolate, a little salt, a little crunch- yes, please! 
Okay, I totally love a clean house. Like, it just makes my heart so happy to walk in at the end of the day to a clean house. DJ bought me a Roomba for Christmas, and I love it too! I seriously love that I'm only using my big vacuum cleaner once a week now. Before, I would want to vacuum daily, but I just don't have time for it. Every day, I turn on my roomba before we leave and every day, I come home to clean floors! 
So, I'm beginning to love my workouts. I finally made the decision at the beginning of the year, an I've been fairly consistent. I try to go to the gym on Monday, walk on Tuesday, yoga on Thursday, and then Saturday and Sunday. So, I'm working out hard at least 3 days a week at the gym. There are days that I do not want to head to the gym, but I've found a workout buddy, which keeps me going, and once I'm at the gym, I don't want to leave.  It also gives me some "me time", which I'm realizing is so needed to make me a better mom and wife. 
And, can we talk about yoga for a minute? I wasn't sure that I would fall in love with yoga, and besides for the heavy breathing from random strangers, in a hot room,  I love it! Seriously, yoga is crazy relaxing and it feels so good to stretch after a hard workout when I'm extra sore! Plus, you can lie down and rest in savasana at the end, which is probably the best 5-10 minutes of my entire day! 
These go hand in hand! A good glass of wine, and my essential oils... I love being able to unwind and relax after a long day, and I love that I've met incredible women who are inspiring and motivating, and self-less, and I love that my family is living a toxin-less life because of Young Living. 

So, there ya have it... my top 4 must-have things right now!
