Megan's CFA Birthday

Megan turned 6 last week, and we celebrated with a little party at Chick Fil A! This little party was likely the easiest party we've thrown and I'd do it again in a heartbeat!

This year, we knew that she needed a new bicycle so that was her big present from us. We gave it to her Tuesday night after gymnastics, because there wasn't a good time for us to give it to her during the day since her daddy was at work.
I let her in the house first, and DJ was there to take pictures of her reaction!
Her only request was that her bicycle had a place to hold her baby dolls!
She hopped on and inspected it, and after giving it her approval.....
she put on some pants, her helmet, and went on a bike ride!
She was pumped that her baby could ride along!
Since we were out of school last Monday, we invited two of her friends (whose moms stay at home) for a lunch date at Chick Fil A. I ordered all of the kids their meals (and asked their moms in advance what their child would want to eat) and had it all ordered by the time they arrived.
I purchased paper placemats from the Target dollar section, and set up their food and drinks while the girls played.
The girls ate, and then played some more.
While they played, we cleaned up their meals, and gave everyone a cupcake. Megan requested a 'Trolls" birthday, so I bought plates from Target, and ordered cupcakes with rainbow icing.

We sang Happy Birthday, she blew out her candles and then the girls ate their cupcakes and ice cream. (We traded in their kids meals toys for a dish of ice cream with sprinkles!)
I also had cookies made from Sweet T's Cookiehouse, but I had wrapped them before hand, and just sent them home with each of the kids!
After cupcakes and ice cream, Megan opened her presents.

Her sweet friend Hailey gave her a little purple clutch that smells like grape soda!
And her Gee and PaPaw, gave her a Baby Go Bye Bye!
She was SO excited for this doll!
Her friend Natalie, gave her an Our Generation outfit, and her cousin gave her doll crutches and a wheelchair. Which strangely enough, Megan had been asking for, and they didn't even know!
We were so blessed by her friends that came to celebrate her!
And I loved celebrating this birthday girl too!
After lunch, we came home and played with her new toys and she rode her bicycle well in to evening.

This girl had a super fun birthday!
