I also like the settings. I can set the timer for it to swing for 30, 45, or 60 minutes. The speed is also easy to adjust, and you simply push the swing to get it started. It's also very quiet. The music settings are nice, and MC loves the white noise setting.
I also like the colors of yellow and grey- they're very popular in fashion this spring. But, they may not be as visually stimulating as they could be.
Another benefit, of the swing, is the 5-point harness. Once G started to attempt to sit up, or reach for her toes, I was afraid she would fall out of her swing, but i'm not afraid that MC will have the same problem, because the harness will securely hold her in. But, the harness can be a hastle to place on her, and can disturb her if she's sleeping. MC hates being put in her carseat, because of the harness, so we don't use the harness as intended with the swing. However, we will, and I don't advertise that you should not use the harness. MC just doesn't prefer it, so while she's still immobile, we're not using it as its intended.
Overall, I'd give the swing an 8 out of 10. I love how quiet it is. I love the time controlled settings, and the fact that it swivels in three directions. MC also loves the white noise that it can make and she has spent many hours sleeping in this swing- which always makes for a happy momma!
I was given a swing from Bright Starts as part of the review and giveaway. The giveaway occured in March. I was not paid for the review/giveaway. All thoughts and opinions are my own.
