Let me tell you a little secret about myself...... i'm sort of obsessed with this company called Young Living :) We've been living our oily life lately, so I thought I'd share some of our favorite products lately!
First up, Nitro. Nitro, is made with wolfberries, and essential oils, and is basically like a little energy shot, but there's no crap in it. While DJ was away, I needed all my super mom strength, to get through the day, so a shot of Nitro helped me conquer #allthethings.
Fun fact: you can totally cook with Young Living's Vitality line! I found a recipe on Pinterest, that called for Lime juice, and I didn't have lime juice, but a few drops of the Lime Vitality, and dinner was served :)
Also, last week kicked my booty, so I was diffusing some heck out of some En-R-Gee at work, to help get me through the day. I had a ton of paperwork to finish before heading out of town, and needed to focus. A few drops of this in the diffuser and I was able to knock out 4 IEPs.
But, by evening, I was beat! DJ had made it home, so while he cooked dinner I treated myself to some of Young Living's Equadorian chocolate.
This dark chocolate has a hint of cinnamon, clove, and nutmeg, and it's seriously delicious. And, it goes perfect with a glass of wine.
Saturday night, I shared my face wash routine over on my Instastories. I've set it as a "highlight" so you can catch it anytime on my Instagram. After I wash my face with coconut oil, and Young Living's ART face wash, I follow it up with one drop of each of these oils all over my face.
And then I add a little Rose ointment to my lips to keep them soft in place of chapstick.
Fun Tip- Use a capful of Theives Fruit & Veggie wash to wash your fruits & veggies. We typically buy organic, but I'm sure there's still extra gunk that needs to come off and just water doesn't do. So, I soak them in this stuff, rinse, cut, and store it all in the fridge.
