Pearly Girls

Back in April, Adalyn came home and told me she had sold 4-5 bracelets to some girls at school for $1.00. She grabbed her bracelet kit that we gave her on Valentine's day and got to work.

And that got me thinking- the girls could totally make bracelets, sell them, & use the money for things they're wanting or for their activities.

Gretchen is determined to save for college.
Megan has cheer & gymnastic expenses
Adalyn just wants an ipad mini.

This would be a great way for them to learn some responsibility and earn some money!

So, Pearly Girls was born.....

well, revamped really.

A few years ago, we started a bracelet page for Gretchen when she went through a friendship bracelet making stage, so we used that Instagram, to start Pearly Girls.

A little twist on their names- because all 3 girls have the name meaning of "pearl."

The girls have several pre-made/ready to ship bracelets listed on our Instagram! We are also taking custom orders for name bracelets or team/school bracelets!
We have several pre-made, ready to ship bracelets on our Instagram.
Bracelets start at just $10.00 shipped each.
We also take custom orders and have been so blessed by so many of you ordering custom bracelets from us! The custom bracelets may be my favorite!

Name bracelets can be made with gold beads or a variety, like this white one.
This "mama/mini" set is one of my favorites! It made me wish my girls were little and we could match and wear these!

This was a custom set we made for a family who had just lost their dad/grandfather.

How adorable is this smiley face set?!

These are several of my bracelets that I've made that I wear daily.

We also have diffuser bracelets for kids and can totally make custom adult ones too! Each diffuser bracelet will come with a sample of Kidpower essential oil blend.

Solid green for the boys.
More name bracelets.

Adalyn made a name bracelet for herself using pearls.

And more team bracelets!

We've had so much fun making new pieces! We'll have back to school jewelry mid  July and can't wait to bring that to you!

We would love for you to give our Instagram page a follow and share with your friends.

Summer Lately

Summer time has been busy and so fun. I've really enjoyed the slower evenings and more time home with DJ and the girls.

Here's a look at summer lately.
Adalyn loves a good pj day in the summer. She stayed in her pjs all day and then we baked chocolate chip cookies together.
One Friday, the girls and I had some shopping errands to run. We went to Target, Marshall's, Michaels, Party City, the Dollar Tree, and a consignment store! It was a busy day! We stopped in at Jason's Deli for lunch and that's when Megan realized she loves club crackers dipped in ice cream. A strange treat for sure!
It's not often that we all go out together and run errands. I use to dream of shopping days with the girls when they were little. Then, life gets busy, ordering online is easy, and we lived through a pandemic where we didn't all go shopping, so this was a fun day for us!
It's been hot here, so Megan and Adalyn broke out the air track for some slip n slide fun one afternoon.... after we had spent the entire morning at the water park.
We celebrated Father's day with DJ.
He got a jumbo container of Red Vines; new sandals, and a bug trapper for camping.
Then we all hit up the pool for a few hours.
This girl is silly and adorable. She is always making us laugh and smile.
Father's day evening, we dropped Gretchen off at church so she could hop on a bus to Colorado for church camp! She was so excited to go and had spent the entire week before packing with her color coded lists.
One quick picture of DJ and the girls on Father's day before dropping off Gretchen.
Adalyn went to UT football camp on Monday and had the best time! She was 1 of 5 girls and came home exhausted but had told us how much fun she had had!
She got her picture made with Hook 'Em.
and Coach Sark.

She even scored a touchdown!
Megan came home with her new team leo and is obsessed with the back of it! Seriously, so cute!

Summer has been good to us so far! I just wish it wasn't going by so fast.

Summer Time

After a rough two weeks to the start of Summer we Gabby being sick and a lot of uncertainty, we've settled in to a Summer routine and I am really enjoying the slower pace and less activities.
These two girls and I headed off to church; Adalyn was at Gee & Papaw's house for the week and DJ had football camp. So, it was just me and the big girls.
We bought season passes to Typhoon Texas this year- I've been waiting until the girls were old enough that they could go and enjoy, and I could sit and enjoy and this is finally the year!
Megan had another video shoot with Azon Vidz for a product add, and she spent an entire day filming for them! This is the 2nd time she's shot a little comercial with them, and it's definitely a learning experience but she's not sure how fun it actually is. There's a lot that goes on behind the scenes and it's a lot of scene and lighting shifting.
Gretchen wanted a guitar and wants to teach herself how to play, so she spent some of her babysitting money, and bought her one. She was thrilled when it was delivered! She's already taught herself a few chords too.
Gabby finally got to come home and we were thrilled! It was a very stressful two weeks, but she's healed and doing so well!
Adalyn came home from Camp Gee and was sleeping on our floor one evening. I walked out of the bathroom after my shower, and saw these two cuddled up and after what we had been through with Gabs, I was so thankful for this sight.

Last week, the girls had VBS. Gretchen and Megan both volunteered to lead a small group.
And Adalyn had one of her BFF's in her group! They had the best time!
We finished VBS week and spent the day after at the waterpark.
Gretchen opted to stay home after having a busy week of VBS and babysitting, so it was just me and the littles.

We spent this last weekend cleaning, going to church, going to a camp meeting for Gretchen- she had to babysit, and then Sunday night we found the cutest little.....
bunny!

Adalyn and DJ were taking out the trash, and she found a bunny in the yard and caught it! The girls played with it and held it for the longest time.
And then they went to jump on the trampoline, but look at that sunset y'all!
Then Monday night, we found out that our one bunny, had siblings and there are actually 3 of them!!!

So sweet!
