Jaycee received this over-the-top hair bow for FREE, along with a FREE bow holder for winning the contest! Jaycee had over 100 votes in the contest- wowza!Her hair bow features a teal spray on the bottom, a stripe boutique bow featuring mini bows on the side, a pink boutique bow with blinged out green surround-a-loops, and an interchangeable bling clippie!
